Parking at White River Place is now simpler, faster and greener, powered by Hozah, a ticketless parking payment system designed to remove stress and queues for drivers. Using automated number plate recognition technology (ANPR) and an app-free permit system, Hozah AutoPay, registered visitors will be able to drive in and out of the car park without needing a ticket.
You will find our car park entrance on Trinity Street PL25 5AZ, with 550 spaces it provides easy access to the centre.
Car park charges:
Up to 1hr - £0.80
Up to 2hr - £1.40
Up to 4hr - £3.00
All day - £8.00
Overnight - £5.00
Evening 15:00-23:00 (arriving after 15:00 and leaving before 23:00) - £1.20
Charges applicable to all vehicles, including disabled badge holders.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
- Payments are managed by Hozah via an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system.

- Enter your vehicle registration and payment details
- That’s it, you’re set up for every future visit. Each time your vehicle enters the car park, Hozah will automatically take payment according to the applicable tariff, with no need to pay manually or use your phone.
- Important: You only need to register once. After that, parking payments are fully automatic.
- ONE-OFF DIGITAL PAYMENT (PaybyWeb): If you do not want to register with hozah.com/1236, you can pay for a single visit on your phone after parking.

- Continue to checkout.
- Enter your email, vehicle registration and card payment details.
- Hit pay. Simple.
- KIOSKS: Prefer to pay on-site? When you’re ready to leave, simply go to a Hozah kiosk to confirm your stay. Every payment is processed securely and instantly.
- Payment must be made on the same day.

What are the changes at the car park?

When will payment be taken from my account?
- Payment will never be taken until you have actually visited the centre and the ANPR system has recognised that your car has left the car park.
If there are no barriers, how does the car park know when it’s full?
- The car park's capacity is closely monitored, and when it’s full, the entry will be closed by members of the team to allow the appropriate number of cars to exit before it's reopened.
