Christmas Lights switch-on 2024
The popular annual Christmas lights switch on event will take place in Aylmer Square on Saturday 30th November between 11am and 6pm.
Entertainment includes*:
- Face painting
- Balloon modelling
- Children's ride
- Market stalls & street entertainment
- Choir - 11am
- Town band - 12pm
- Small Wonders - 2pm
- Morpheus - 4pm
- Lights switch on - 5pm
There will also be activities at The Market House and Holy Trinity Church.
Free parking at White River Place and Priory car parks from 12 noon.
