Parking Information

Park with ease at White River Place's 500 space multi-storey secure undercover car park located just seconds away from our Wilko's store.


Shopmobility provides manual and powered wheelchairs and scooters to make it easier for anyone with a disability to get around White River Place. Go! St Austell is located on level 2 of the car park and accessible via the entrance on Trinity Street.

The opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am – 3pm. Disabled parking spaces are available on level 2 of White River Place’s multi-storey car park.

Those who use the scheme can hire mobility equipment on an hourly basis, which costs £1.50 per hour for members and £3 per hour for non-members. Membership is £5 per year. Staff at the shop will show you how to use the equipment safely before you borrow it.

Disabled Access

Disabled parking spaces are available on all levels of White River Place’s multi-storey car park. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome. For more information about disabled access, see Shopmobility section above. All the floors and shops are accessible by lift. In Shopmobility, there is a disabled toilet and there are facilities for disabled patrons in the public toilets in the centre. All the shops, restaurants and cafe's in White River Place are all accessible.

The entrance to White River Place’s public toilets can be found on shopping level 1, accessible from South Street. Baby changing and disabled facilities can be found here.

Lost Property

If you find an item of lost property or lose one of your possessions within the public areas of White River Place, please call the White River Place management suite on 01726 879656. If you find or lose an item in a shop or restaurant please talk to a member of staff in the shop or restaurant.
