Mon 22nd June 2015

The popular Costa shop at White River Place has reopened after a major refurbishment, which has doubled the venue’s capacity in response to growing demand.

The coffee shop underwent a complete revamp with brand new furniture, counters and toilet facilities updated, and a second coffee machine and second till point were also installed to serve more customers.

The revamped shop reopened to the public over the weekend.

Jessica Barrett, Manager of Costa Coffee in White River Place, said: “The revamp is complete and we are thrilled with the results, with a fresh new store able to serve even more customers in St Austell town centre.”

Richard Hurst, Manager of White River Place Shopping Centre, said: “The Costa shop in White River Place is enormously popular, and we’re delighted the chain has invested in refurbishing the St Austell town centre shop to make it even more welcoming, as well as increasingly capacity with another coffee machine installed to serve even more customers.”
